Proudly born and raised in Seattle, WA, I graduated from Garfield High School in 2008. I aspire to teach technical skills as well as personal developmental skills such as self-empowerment job reediness preparation to high school students. I started as an AmeriCorps volunteer in the summer of 2011 and continued a 11 month term soon after. As program coordinator of The Able Teens (TAT) I trained and coached work study students and high school teens job readiness skills such as resume building as well as vocational training. I have also worked with the YES Multi-Media team, the Teens Against Tobacco Use (TATU) group its been an amazing experience so far!
